'Working boat shed' is a beautiful painting by the late Anthony Amos. It's an exceptional example of his work, full of life and activity. The monochrome tones are contrasted with a subtle accent of colour in the windows to the left of the boat shed - most likely a happy accident of the materials available to Anthony at the time he was painting. An unfinished work of locomotives in an engine shed features on the reverse. It's sympathetically framed in an elegant distressed gold frame with a deep cream mount. The painting is signed by Anthony and comes with full provenance.
