RAY BALKWILL
Ray was born in the South West in 1948. Ray regularly contributes to 'The Artist' magazine and has also produced articles for 'International Artist' and 'Pastel Artist International'.He paints in watercolour, pastel and oils. Ray has exhibited widely and held many solo shows, including the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour and The Royal West of England Academy, Bristol.
